Week 2 of C25K Complete!
The run today was really good. My breathing is getting better—I’m actually focusing on it now as I run, and it is making a difference. I didn’t feel like I was going to die today when I got back to my living room. And I think my shoes are getting more broken in, which is helping too (I think wearing them to school on casual Friday was a good call).
Next step: act on all of the great sports bra tips I got last week. Thanks Tumblr!

Yay!!! I’m glad to hear it’s going to so well. Something that really helped my breathing was making sure to keep my head up. I found I had a tendency to look at the ground/slouch when I ran. Looking up and keeping good posture really helped!
