I’m upset that our only allotted in-room time is from 4-7pm on in-service days and then this Saturday.

All unpaid, MY time. 

We get 2 or 3 afternoons during our in-service week that are paid. We can stay as late as we want during in-service week (unpaid past 2:50, technically), and the building is open for us the weekend before school starts (unpaid).
