Penn State pride is scarier than nationalism.
Jesus fucking Christ.
I love sports as much as the next person - probably even more so, if we’re being honest - but the inability by the Penn State community to realize the disgusting acts committed by those who used to work for the organization…it’s beyond my comprehension.
This is deplorable. However, these asshats do not speak for the entire Penn State community. There are many Penn State fans who are decent human beings and understand that the actions of the Penn State football program, under the direction of Joe Paterno, were immoral and illegal and warranted punishment. There are Penn State fans who can write clearly and without offensive and homophobic language.
These douchebags are not Penn State.
